This is the official public-release edition of the bilingual Interactive Architecture Reference Manual for the frozen Silent Trigger Theory™ v4 architecture.
The Silent Trigger Theory™ v4 is presented as a case-centered behavioral early-signal architecture for structuring observable workplace behavioral change and evaluating whether that change possesses defensible operational safety significance.
The current version is calibration-ready but does not claim validated prediction, incident probability, causal effectiveness, validated operational thresholds, or demonstrated incident reduction.

The architecture is case-centered and behaviorally initiated. The sequence below is an information-management and decision-support architecture, not a causal chain and not a mandatory path through every element.

Case linkage may be supported through Operational Continuity, Risk Target Continuity, Material-Condition Continuity, and Corrective-Thread Continuity.
Same person, occupation, supervisor, location, behavioral label, or superficially similar behavior is insufficient by itself.

May involve operations, supervision, technical authority, control owner, HSE, engineering, maintenance, or others.
Definition. Translates the reviewed case into proportionate operational/organizational response and establishes a pathway toward verified completion, continued monitoring, accountable transfer, escalation, or another justified endpoint.
Primary question: What proportionate action addresses the material operational concern, and how will effectiveness or justified endpoint be verified?

Action may be clarification, operational control, task modification, verification, monitoring, escalation, transfer, corrective action, reassessment, technical review, restored control, or verified closure.
